The Pennsylvania Character Consortium's mission is to provide leadership and advocacy for comprehensive social and emotional character development (SECD) standards to be added into the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Core Academic Standards. The Consortium is comprised of leading SECD educators and experts from many states.
